Thanks to a slip-up by Arsenal, Manchester City have regained the top spot on the EPL title odds board with Liverpool not too far off.
It was a restart to forget for Arsenal as they fell to Bournemouth by a score of 2-0, and the result has their EPL Title odds moving in the wrong direction.
Man City and Liverpool were the big winners, with Liverpool taking painting a one-point lead over the team from Manchester.

Favorites to win the Premier League
Manchester City (+139)
Despite sitting in second place, one point adrift of Liverpool, Manchester City are once again the betting favorite to defend their EPL crown.
They’ve won two on the trot in the league including a 2-1 win last time out vs. Wolves. Josko Gvardiol and John Stones played the unlikely heroes, but the outcome was never really in doubt.
Next up is a home date with lowly Southampton.
Arsenal (+252)
Arsenal entered the International break on the heels of a 3-1 win vs. Southampton, a game in which they dominated from start to finish.
The return to league play saw their fortunes reversed, falling 2-0 to Bournemouth away from home.
The loss has lengthened their EPL title odds as they now sit four points off the pace, set by Liverpool, whom they host on Sunday.
Liverpool (+254)
Speaking of Liverpool, the Reds were full marks for collecting all three points at home vs. Chelsea and now sit atop the table.
With the win, they are now within touching distance of Man City on the odds board, but a showdown with Arsenal will show us whether or not Liverpool are in fact for real.

Understanding EPL betting odds
EPL futures odds are constantly adjusted throughout the offseason due to player transfers and injuries. Once the season begins, title odds will change as teams win and lose games and as more players get hurt or suspended. Sportsbooks will also adjust EPL odds based on handle and liability to certain teams.
EPL futures odds will usually look like this:
Manchester United +350
This means that on a $100 bet, you’ll stand to win $350 if Manchester City wins the EPL Championship. If it’s close to the end of the competition, or a club has been particularly dominant, you might see them with a minus sign (-) ahead of their odds.
Liverpool -500
This means that you would need to bet $500 to win just $100 on a Liverpool championship.
